Order Processing and delivery times
Orders received before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) are processed the same day. Orders are shipped and delivered only Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays) will be processed the following business day. Order processing time includes selection, handling, packaging and shipping.
If an item is not in stock, a sales representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are typically between two and four weeks. If the item is completed before the expected delivery date, it will ship when ready. You will be notified via email when your order ships.
Orders placed during holiday seasons or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer that the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.
All domestic shipping rates are calculated through FedEx and are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
All prices shown on the product pages of aresanewyork.com or quoted by customer service, are in U.S. Dollars.
Any shipping costs and applicable taxes will be reflected on your payment page at checkout. Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of ARESA New York.
All orders require signature upon delivery.
All orders shipped outside the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska may require additional processing times. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, will be processed by a third-party, International Checkout.
We accept payment online by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Amazon Pay. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed, regardless of the lead time on your piece. Please note we can only accept one form of payment. Payments cannot be split across multiple credit cards.
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to addresses in states which require our business to collect and remit. Requirements and thresholds may change due to factors outside of our control.
Exchanges and Returns
We at ARESA New York want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer exchanges or refunds in the form of the original payment within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. A refund will be issued on your credit card within 5-10 business days.
Items for exchange or return will be inspected before accepted. Item(s) must be returned with the original tag on item(s). Returns will not be accepted without the tag.
Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing or repair by an outside jeweler, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender’s expense). ARESA New York reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
We are not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from ARESA New York.
To start the return process, please go to returns.aresanewyork.com You will receive a Return Authorization Number. Please have your Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the package in order for us to accept it.
Repairs & Resizing
We at ARESA New York want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We will repair an item caused by manufacturer defect, at no charge within the first 30 days of purchase. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will not be eligible for free repairs. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
If you require a repair, please contact us at email@example.com or you can call 1-212-616-7665 Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm. Please let us know the item in need of repair, your order details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. ARESA New York will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.
Cleaning and Care
ARESA New York fine jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. Our suggested tips for caring for your jewelry:
- Avoid exposing jewelry to substances containing harsh chemicals, like bleach or ammonia. Always put your jewelry on after you get dressed to avoid contact with perfumes or other chemicals.
- Most gold jewelry can be safely cleaned with a non-abrasive jewelry cleaner. Rinse completely and blot dry with a jewelry cloth.
- Store your jewelry in a protective pouch or jewelry case to avoid tangling and/or scratching.
- Always clasp your necklace when removing it to assure the chain does not tangle or become knotted.
